Backflow devices are required on most commercial premises and on plenty of homes with irrigation or tanks. Testing is annual and it is the owner who wears the fine.

How the process works

Check what you have
We identify the device, its hazard rating and whether it suits the property, before testing anything.

Test or install
Existing devices are tested to standard; where there is none, or the wrong one, we install the right one.

Service if it fails
A failed test is repaired or rebuilt on the spot where possible and re-tested the same visit.

Lodge and remind
We submit the report to council and put you on our reminder list so next year is one phone call.
